Insider's Wife Threatens To Sue Disney
Lucretia Nimocks, the ex-wife of Jeffrey Wigand, the tobacco industry whistleblower who is the subject of The Insider, is threatening to sue Disney for the manner she was portrayed in the movie.?Nimocks claims that she did not leave Wigand because of his feud with his employer, the R.?J.?Reynolds tobacco company, as the movie suggests, but because he abused her.? ?? Disney's Shares Hit 52-Week High Shares in the Walt Disney Co.?raced to a 52-week high of 39 1/2 Monday after a prominent industry analyst, David Londoner of Schroder & Co., upgraded his rating of the company from "outperform" to "outperform significantly." He forecast that the stock will hit $47 within twelve months. |
