Welcome to Putty Hill, a place where no ambition exist. People there does not seem to care where they are headed. Putty Hill is actually a working class neighborhood situated in Baltimore, already hit by the worsening economic crisis and with people living in poverty. With the unexpected death of a young man named cory due to heroin overdose, familiar people began to surfaced and gather around. During the same occasion, they talk about themselves, the community they live in, and other realities of the present and past.
