Some murders are simply too gruesome to forget, moreso if the victim happens to be your wife. This happened to a special agent when he found out about the murder. So restless he was that he vowed revenge at all cost, even if it means meeting the devil himself. He sets out and used every resources to reach the killer, in order to give him a taste of his own medicine.
