I hesitated writing this story again, but it's such big news that I'm doing it anyways.?What could be the same group that knocked out Yahoo! Monday with a Denial of Service attack, struck again Tuesday, and in greater numbers.?CNN.com, Buy.com, Amazon, ZDNet, and Ebay were all hit with major DoS problems yesterday.?This marks the first of such (successful) attacks on CNN and Yahoo!.?While Amazon and Ebay and CNN weren't totally knocked out, they did lose a huge amount of their serving capabilities.?This has been labeled a "Tactic difficult to address." As quoted from CNN.com, "What better Web site to attack than the Web site of the TV network that's doing news about this very occurrence?" Well, it's 9 o'clock Central Time on Wednesday, and I still can't get to ZDNet's site.?You can read more about it here.
