Hawks are not commonly seen in the city of New York, so when a Belgian immigrant took notice of one that frequented Central Park, he became so fascinated with it that he decided to make a documentary out of it. For the last two decades, the man was able to capture many things about the red tailed hawk: the nest that it build on the ledge of a building in Manhattan, its mate and children, among other things. This also created a frenzy among the residents, who would time to time grab a binocular and catch a glimpse of the hawk.

But when the local tenants of the building removed the hawk's nest, many New Yorkers step out in defense.
