The first beta release of VMWare, a very cool product, is now avaliable for Linux users.?VMWare creates a virtual machine in which you can run other operating systems.?It currently only supports the x86 architecture.?I used it for a while until my trial ran out, and I was very impressed.?New features include scsi support, performance enhancements (which it so desperately needs), and suspend to disk (for when you need gobs of RAM back momentarily).?Read more... |
