Punky protagonist Lisbeth Salander finds herself lying in the intensive care unit. In the meantime, a multiple murder case surfaces, with her as the prime suspect. Officials in high office is taking advantage of her weakness and incapacitated state to make her the scapegoat in the crime. However, Lisbeth is not about to give up.
