The Plainview Chargers, a girls varsity team in suburban Indiana, were known to be big losers in the league, having lost every single game in the tournament. The school principal believed that what they need was the right man, and that's how he got Bill Greaves to coach them. With just six girls on the team and one of them having a broken foot, Bill thinks the team is a hopeless case. But later on, he found the right formula to motivate the girls, and slowly transform them into a real charger team.
