Arthur Seldom is a known professor of logic in a prestigious university. Martin has just came to the university and was very fascinated with Arthur in class. When the two of them discovered the body of an elderly woman who was murdered in Oxford, things were about to change for both of them. Upon closer analysis, they realized that this is no ordinary murder, and other bizarre murders were to follow. Each victim was marked by strange symbols, prompting Arthur and Martin to believe the murderer is only one, and that they must try to follow on the clues in order to solve the mystery once and for all.
