A horror film set in a regular office building, what appears to be a chance encounter between several people is about to end up deadly. As five people take on an elevator, it was just like any ordinary day. When the elevator breaks down, they find themselves stuck for a while. But then, strange things begin to happen. After a brief blackout, an injury comes to the lady passenger, like something "bit" her. Time ticks away, rescuers have arrived, but seems to be having an unusually hard time prying through.
