Tim was about to get the promotion he had always wanted, but his boss has one condition: he was to attend the "dinner for idiots", a monthly special event wherein they invite idiots to dinner and make fun of them. Then he bumps and meets Barry, a real weirdo that he believes he can bring to dinner. However, even before the date night comes, things began to misbehave badly, including a threatened business deal, a misunderstanding and fight with his girlfriend, among others.
