There may be state or federal fugitive records according to the jurisdiction under which the person is wanted. Internment records are public records relating to internment camps and they typically address Japanese and American soldiers died in World War II as well as alien internment case files. Internment records are stored in The National Archive. There are several registers archiving internment records.
