The existence of nuclear weapons is both a safeguard and a danger to all people living on Earth. While there are a list of nations who possess them, there are also rogue nation like Iran and North Korea who also have them. Worse, terrorists out there would be more than willing to trade information to have their own nuclear arsenals. While some seek to use it to protect, others would use them to destroy.
