Somewhere along the coast of Delaware lies the island of Plum, where for generations two families have been at war with each other. Plagued with zombies roaming the island, Patrick of the O'Flynn's family wanted to get rid of these zombies forever by killing them at will. On the other hand, Shamus of the Muldoon's family wanted the other way around, to find a cure as the solution to this plague. Patrick, after running away from the island, eventually comes back with reinforcements: a band of soldiers, to discover that the zombies have already overtaken the entire island community.

They must now face this outbreak with an all out attack, and with hopes of being able to survive themselves.
