Agent Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath, also known as OSS 117, is the best among France's secret service. It is 1967 and back from Cairo, he was assigned a new mission to Rio de Janeiro. His mission: to track down a Nazi blackmailer who was known to have gone into hidding in exile in somewhere in South America. But he is not alone in this mission. He is paired with a beautiful and seductive Mossad agent, who incidentally is also tracking for the Nazi. Their mission takes them to different places, from the sunny beaches of Rio to the Amazonian forests.
