Fresh after the review of MacOS X, here's a look at MacOS 9.?This version of MacOS is a major overhaul over previous versions.?The last bits of legacy code have been removed and the software introduces a number of long-awaited features, including multiuser support, security, AppleScript and file sharing over TCP/IP, and greatly improved Internet integration. This version aims better multiuser support, something I feel MacOS has always needed.?The article also claims it will be faster and more stable.?(which are my biggest complaints about OS 8.6) It also mention a couple new features like voice authentication for logins, and a keychain for all your passwords.?Read more...
