Are you experiencing Xbox 360 system E error problem?

System error, another problem of Xbox 360, though it is unlike red ring of death or its sequel but it's still problematic. System error is a surprisingly hard little to get control of. This problem raised usually on earlier versions of Xbox 360, such as in Xbox 360 premiums. When you insert a game you want to play in Xbox, nothing happens instead single red light flash with an error message. System error message window appears with error details written in various languages.


In the following discussion, we`ll discuss its symptoms with cause and solution. There are several kinds of system errors. If one light flashes and no message, error appears then must be some other problem. But usually with one light flashing, system error message appears. Each error type has its own error code, for example E66, E67, E68, E69 and E71, ETC. This usually happens when your console experience some sort of hardware failure.


Xbox 360 system error causing single red light flashing

E64 means DVD drive error, which means DVD is without f/w chip. Xbox 360 system E error problem E65 usually happens when you don't close the tray fully. Whereas E66 arises when DVD version doesn`t match with the version expected by dashboard. E67 usually refers to hard drive error; it could be because of the internal connections of the hard drive. E69 is also hard drive related error, arises because of some hard drive problem. E71 error is dashboard update error and e72 is error with the Nand flash.


Here are the things you can do to resolve the issue. Turn off the console and disconnect all the cables first, then connect them again and turn it on. If this doesn`t work, then disconnect all the cables again, with controllers, Xbox 360 memory units and its hard drive.
