This is a movie about Benjamin Esposito's obsession to write his own novel. He has just retired from being a criminal court employee, a career he handle for most of his life. Unlike other prospecting writers, he doesn't have to imagine what he want to write, he can just write on his past experiences. He chose one story from his past, a terrible crime has almost haunted him for years. It was about a commited rape and murder on a beautiful young woman. Ricardo, who was married to the woman for a short time, sought his help, so he used his connections with the court to slowly unravel the mystery of the dreadful crime. However, searching for the criminal proved to be a very tough one, as they began to discover more and more puzzling events and violence involved.
