Xbox 360 not loading a disc, a common problem these days with the new Xbox 360. Several users worldwide observing the same problem with different discs, and complaint that their Xbox 360 won`t load.


If you search online, you'll find several people having the same problem with their Xbox 360.


What actually happens, is that when you put a game disc inside the tray, it doesn`1t load, you still have dashboard on screen or a message saying READING. Of course it irritates and panics the user, when the newly bought Xbox or you may say well spent money product starts creating problem.

To check what is causing the problem, first turn on the Xbox 360 with no disc in tray. Check the console settings by going into system then console settings then startup, make sure its set to disc not dashboard. Select Xbox 360 as it will play the disc; otherwise it will play from dashboard, when you turn it on.


If you did so and still the Xbox 360 not loading problem exists, then make sure that the problem isn`t in the disc. Try different discs and DVDs to make sure the problem is not in the disc. Also make sure that Xbox 360 is not over heating and is placed in well-ventilated place.
