District 13 Ultimatum stars David Belle and Cyril Raffaelli as Leito and Damien, who has a mission to bring peace to the troubled sector of district 13. The commotion starts after the death of a tyrant Taha Bemamud, who used to promise peace and order to the said community but unfortunately left the place with even worse situation. The area was being fought by five dangerous territorial bosses trying to manipulate the President of France to promote the demolishing of the area so that they can get a huge amount of share from its redevelopment.
