Black Dynamite is the code name of a former CIa agent who comes back to active duty after an Italian mob kills his brother. The mob, headed by its ruthless leader known as "The Man", have been out to no good: supplying heroin into the black orphanages and flooding the streets with bad, adulterated malt liquor.
