This movie is a remake of the original 1984 film that has made its villain Freddy Krueger one of the most well recognized villains in cinema history. Freddy, best described and portrayed as a badly disfigured killer who wields a glove with four blades embedded in his fingers, relives in this horror film as the serial killer who haunts a group of suburban teenagers in their dreams. Freddy lives only in dreams, but is able to stalk and kill its victims in their dreams as well in reality.
