Katie and Micah are a young, middle class couple who decides to move into a new home in San Diego, California. What appears to be a typical suburban house to them became a source of nightly disturbance as loud, creepy noises and strange happenings seem to be active specially in the middle of the night. To capture evidence of the presence of some demonic spirits, the couple purchases and installs video cameras around the house.

Along with this setup, they also brought in an Ouija board in an attempt to make contact with the spirits. These steps, however, very much displeased the ghosts.
