I don\'t think I have ever been so interested in an animated move. This movie started life in 2005, as an amazing animated short by the same name. The trailer for the feature is intriguing, so many questions! Who created these creatures? What happened to cause the apocalypse? What are they fighting against?

It\'s written and directed by Shane Acker, the creator of the original short film which was impressive enough to attract the attention of Tim Burton, who is producing the picture. It also managed to attracted some great voice talent, like Jennifer Connelly, Martin Landau, and Crispin Glover.
