Lets start with the name, Echelon Conspiracy. Supposedly or maybe, the \"Echelon\" program started around the year 2000, with the intent of gathering private communication from a variety of sources inside the US and UK. Now that in and of itself could be enough for a movie, but nooooo. They had to throw in an omni-present smartphone, that mostly helps you gamble. It appears the whole \"Echelon\" thing is just a hook, meant to pull me into a SciFi Adventure about a damned phone. There are a few bright spots in the cast, like Ving Rhames and Martin Sheen. The lead however, Shane West, will likely be out acted by the aformentioned smartphone. Looks stupid as hell. Ya kno what, I\'ll bet, its part of a complex dis-information operation, meant to throw me off the scent of the real \"Echelon\" project. Baha! I\'ve out smarted the federales once again!
