The third and final Twilight trailer is now online, and you can almost hear the collective giggle of \"Twilighters\" everywhere. Twilight is based on the best-selling novel by Stephenie Meyer. It\'s Romeo & Juliet meets The Vampire Chronicles with a dash of Smallville. It\'s set to hit theaters on November 21st.
