Resident Evil 4 is likely By Swift, (DT) July 1, 2008 8:19 AM PT

In an interview with MTV News, Paul W.S. Anderson said he is talking to Sony about the possibility of making a fourth "Resident Evil" movie. "I love the 'Resident Evil' franchise and we always try to make the best possible movie we can," Anderson said. "If we could find a good 'Resident Evil 4' to make, then we would do it. But I wouldn't just do it for the sake of it, that's for sure. Though Anderson couldn't provide any potential plot details, MTV blogger Shawn Adler wisely speculated that the film could follow Alice as she infiltrates Umbrella Corp.'s Japanese headquarters.
