Cynthia Nixon spills some Sex beans By Swift, (DT) April 18, 2008 5:47 PM PT |
![]() "Sex and the City" co-star Cynthia Nixon has revealed that the film, due out in theaters May 30, will feature the death of one of the characters. "There's a loss that happens that's pretty tough," Nixon told Creative Nation. "Something significant happens to Carrie, and it really forces her to ask questions that you have to ask about yourself." Virtually every man in America has wanted to see one of the four leading ladies dead since the show's inception, but somehow I don't think the writers will give us that satisfaction. My money is on Big, Carrie's fiance. The show is supposed to speak to single women, so I've always kind of doubted that Carrie would actually get married in the movie. She'll lose her fiance and then realize that it's OK to be single. (Cue the sequels). Oh, God. I'm ashamed to even know the characters' names. |
