Topping the (figurative) pirate video charts in Britain is George Lucas's Star Wars: Episode One: The Phantom Menace, according to the British watchdog group Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT).?The second and third best-selling pirated videos are the romantic comedy Notting Hill and, a surprise, Gus van Sant's poorly received remake of Alfred Hitchcock's classic thriller Psycho, according to FACT.?The trade organization reports that more than 42,000 pirated video tapes were seized in the U.K.?this year, versus nearly 66,000 in 1998.
