Trailer for Sex and the City Movie

\"Sarah

Can\'t see any reason for dusting this tired old horse off other than pure greed. Um, the show ended dudettes? And not in one of those Deadwood-ish kind of ways, where everything was about to get super-bad-ass when suddenly the rug was yanked out from under us, leaving us clamoring for more. No, like a good show should do Sex and the City resolved its dangling plots threads, tied up its loose ends and sent its characters on their merry way. I do not believe there is some story left with these characters that is dying to be told. With pure, unadulterated money its driving force, I don\'t predict success for this feature film version (at least not critically; commerciall it\'s a brand name now, like Starbucks, and will at least sell to its target audience, the 30-something soccer moms desperate to hear from females, fictional or no, who are actually having sex. These ladies will either drag their husbands to the flick for a \"date\" or catch a matinee with their female friends in between picking up the dry cleaning and taking the lab to the do-it-yourself dog wash place), but then I never liked the show much anyway. But then, I\'m not a girl or a soccer mom, though I do like sex and enjoy and have enjoyed many different cities.
