Apparently responding to new challenges by rival networks, ABC announced Thursday that it plans to bring back Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for eight consecutive nights starting Sunday, Jan.?9.?The network had originally said that it planned to return the popular quiz show to its regular schedule for three nights per week.?But then CBS announced that it would begin airing its own game show, Winning Lines, on Jan.?8 and later NBC said it would roll out a new version of Twenty One on Jan.?9.? |
