New SCOTTY & SULU For J.J. Abrams' STAR TREK By Wind(up)bird, (DT) October 13, 2007 4:10 AM PT

With production having begun on J.J. Abrams' redux of the Star Trek franchise (in a very similar way to Bryan Singer's restart of Superman), casting news is out. Simon Pegg (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) is the new Scotty and John Cho (Harold and Kumar 1 & 2).
