  Paul Haggis wrote and directed Crash and after writing and directing Crash and writing Million Dollar Baby, Haggis became the it chump for writing and directing "serious" dramas that dealt with things. Enter "In the Valley of Elah," an Iraq themed drama about man looking for his son. Sad.
