Kevin Costner may be a likely customer for Robin Hood's title, "Lord of the Manor of Loxley", which is being auctioned off by the Landed Gentry Society, the London Daily Express reported today (Tuesday).?The title is expected to fetch a price of about $240,000, the newspaper said.?The London auction house Allsop confirmed that it had alerted Costner about the sale, set for Dec.?15.?"During the filming [of Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves] a few years ago, Kevin Costner was apparently searching high and low for the Robin Hood title," Allsop partner Gary Murphy told the newspaper.?"If he's still in the market for it, we'd love him to make a bid.?(..and in other news Mel Brooks(the director of "Men in Tights") is also looking at the title (that was a joke..?you know "haha funny"?) :))
