Russell Crowe Arrested for Assault! By Jack, (DT) June 6, 2005 5:14 PM PT

The folks at Universal, Imagine and Miramax better be hoping that there really is no such thing as bad publicity when it comes to the star of their new film Cinderella Man. Apparently the 41 year old Russell Crowe was arrested in New York City for assault after allegedly throwing a telephone and then hitting an employee of NYC's Mercer Hotel.
