What is supposed to be a flick about Jesus H. Christ's last few days on planet earth, looks painful. ?Maybe Mel is trying to tell us something with this film. ?Something about blood, about pain, and about the remarkable capacity for human spirit to be goddamn sinful. ?It does look like it was well made, well photographed. ?James Caviezel is still a bearded honkie, though, and that's kinda been done, don't you think? ?Yeah. ?me too. |
