The reclusive Oscar winner had been sued for palimony and child support by Maria Christina Ruiz, who claimed Brando fathered her three children during a 13-year affair. Donald Woldman, Ruiz's lawyer, said terms of the settlement were confidential but resolved both a paternity action that dealt with issues of custody and support and a second lawsuit seeking palimony. "We've reached an overall, amicable settlement of all issues between the parties," he said. |
