Universal Studios in association with Daybreak Productions/Prime Universe Productions has outbit two competing studios for the film rights to Spy Hunter. I'm sure many of you are familiar with this game that rocked many a world (mine especially) in 1983, and some of you may know about the newer PS2 version. I doubt the movie will have too much in common with either of those, but for all that is known right now - the video games will give you more background than anything else. Oh yeah, and The Rock's character's name is currently Alec Sects. Read more about it Corona Productions
