We've haven't had a whole lot of luck with our overwhelming amount of sequels coming out lately, and the ones that aren't out yet have been getting names like "Attack of the Clones".
So in other news a report from www.13thstreet.com claims to have confirmed the title of the third and final installment of The Matrix trilogy. According to an interview with Producer Joel Silver, the title will be "The Matrix: Revolutions". (EMPIRE) Meanwhile, reports have suggested that the upcoming DVD, Matrix: Revisited, will have a special treat for fans- a sneak preview of the second part of the trilogy, The Matrix Reloaded. According to the reports at The Matrix Online, fans who received a sneak-peek of the DVD were shown an 8-minute preview of material from the new film, including a fight scene with Neo facing a hundred versions of himself. This will apparently feature on the new DVD, which will also include a yet-to-be-released teaser trailer. The second "Matrix" movie is expected to be released Summer 2003. |
