It's been a bad news week so far so I had to post something. Have at it guys.
The crew of new rock movie Rock Star humiliated star Mark Wahlberg by forcing him to listen to one of his old hits while he was filming a crucial scene. Wahlberg was just about to perform for thousands of extras - as Steel Dragon frontman Izzy - when, instead of the rock tune he was supposed to lip sync to, Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch's Good Vibrations was played over the sound system complete with breakdancers who leaped onto the stage. One crew member says, "Mark's expression was hilarious. I think for a moment his whole life flashed before him. He was mortified." The scene was so funny, director Stephen Herek decided to keep the outtake in the movie it's played over the credits at the end of the film. |
