Does the internet have a birthday??

On September 2 1969, the first two machines were connected to form ARPANET, the network that grew into the Internet. The same principles behind that initial connection remain part of the foundation of today's Internet.? But do we get to call September 2 1969 the birthday of the internet?? Some people say No. I think that this is as close to a birthday the internet ever had and I will celebrate on that day.? Read more...
