According to this article at news.com, Autodesk is cutting 10% of their workforce. The company, which makes AutoCAD and other design tools, said second-quarter net income plunged to $400,000, or 1 cent per share, on a diluted basis. That compares with net income of $29 million, or 49 cents per share, the previous year. They're getting a lot of competition from people like ScanVec and those guys who make rhino. |
