Makers of the upcoming prequel to The Exorcist have put out a casting call for an African-American boy between 10 and 14 years old, according to a report from the Dark Horizons Web site. The actor will appear as part of the story of Father Merrin's first encounter with the devil during his missionary work in Africa. The casting call takes place Feb. 7 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Los Angeles. For information, call (818) 954-2929. |
