Joey was a happy child, living in the comforts of his family where life seems perfect. With loving parents by his side, it seems nothing could go wrong. However, all of those are about to change when the family got a call from another one, claiming they want the boy back in their arms. Thus began the misery for Joey and his parents, who were later instructed by court to slowly introduce Joey to the other future family. The problem is that this other family is not someone Joey would want to spend time with, specially when he learns that the man has just been release from prison some time ago.

The other family themselves are not ready to give Joey the life the boy has ever had living with the other family.
