Five years after a deadly virus swept across the globe and killing everyone, Alice is back. Traveling alone, she once again searches for survival, looking for a glimpse of hope. Following rumors that there are survivors who have gone to Los Angeles in search of sanctuary, Alice goes there, tagging along an unexpected old friend for help. The problem is, when they got there, things were alot different than what they were expecting: the entire city was already overrun by zombies. Soon enough they found themselves in a diabolical trap.
