When a driver can get traffic contravention record?

Traffic contravention records are those public driving records that list a driver's history of traffic contravention violation. Moving traffic contraventions are in fact all the road signs we see - speed signs, traffic regulation signs, vehicle type signs, etc. Let’s imagine a driver sees a sign prohibiting entry for cars in a specific street.
