What is a MVD driving record?

A MVD driving record is just as any other state driving record. MVD driving records are issued by the Motor Vehicle Division of the state Department of transportation. For example if a person is speeding in the state of Arizona and police catch them, the record for this traffic offence will go to the Arizona MVD.
