PS3 Blinking green light: When your PS3 doesn't turn off normally

When you do this, turning it back on can sometimes lead the Ps3 to report some problem with the hard disk, though it will automatically try to fix itself. Power cycling is also one technique used when PS3 flashing green light happens.
