A satelite tv for pc? Sounds too good to be true.

I received some offers lately about getting satelite tv on pc, featuring hundreds of channels to watch. At first I was skeptical, and thinking it was all a joke or hoax, decided to make some investigation myself.

A couple of searches on my browser came up with dozens of more sites offering live streaming tv shows on my pc. Can this be true? I tried some more indepth search, specially on the concept of having a satelite tv for pc.

As it turns out, the idea of being able to watch tv live on your screen is really true. The satelite tv on pc receives different channels from countries across the globe (hence the term: satelite).
