Gene Wilder is and will always be the greatest original Willie Wonka.Just like Marilyn Manson will always be trully Brian Hugh Warner a true blue Wonkwer such as myself and as Johnny Depp and lots of other people who have actually been around when those 2 books and the oringinal movie first came out.Its not about sex/drugs or really even gothic music it is about the little people like you and me having a shot like these well known famous people have had and still do at finding our selves and making our dreams come true no matter how low the chances are.Its also about family .Come on people how can you forget.I did not .You should not either.Tim Burton and all these other actors deserve a chance just like Charlie deserved the golden ticket.This is how dreams are made so please if you want to crush chilhood dreams that goodhearted people like us have do it where we cannot read it and hear about it.Thank you for your time hopefully you people will change your opion about this movie.From>StarMoon214
